  • What is the check-in and check-out time?
    The official check-in time on Regent Hong Kong is after 3pm and check-out time is before 12 noon.
  • Car arrangements
    Special valet parking rate of HK$800 for 24-hours for guests-in-residence. Designated hours of complimentary parking will be extended for hotel restaurant patrons. Valet parking is HK$100 per hour for non-restaurant patrons or per additional hour.

  • Do I need special documentation to enter Hong Kong and attend this conference?
    Entry requirements vary depending on your country of citizenship. Please see the visa information page for further information.
  • What transportation options are available from the airport to the summit venue?
    From Hong Kong Airport, it takes about 30 minutes to travel from Hong Kong Airport to Regent Hong Kong by private car or taxi. 25-minute ride on the Airport Express Train to the Kowloon Station, followed by a 10-15 minutes taxi ride.
  • Price
    Roughly HKD$300 ~$350 taxi free from Hong Kong Airport to Regent Hong Kong.
  • Public Transport
    For local attendees, The Regent Hong Kong can be reached by MTR. It is situated at Exit J2, Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station.
  • Travel Document
    To check-in, guests must be 18 years or older and present a valid photo ID. Upon check-in, your Regent Experience Agent will request a valid photo identification, such as your passport or ID card.
