Account Registration for Leaders of Luxury Summit 2024

We at Robb Report Hong Kong (RRHK) respect the personal data privacy of all individuals. RRHK is committed to ensuring that all personal data collected under the Leaders of Luxury Summit 2024 (“Event”) will be handled according to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”).

Providing personal data to RRHK is voluntary. However, if you do not provide RRHK with the required personal data, RRHK will be unable to process your registration for the Event.

Purpose of Collecting Personal Data​​​

RRHK will collect and use your personal data for all purposes relating to the Event only. RRHK will also take photos and videos throughout the Event for non-commercial promotion, marketing, and publicity of RRHK.

Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data​

​RRHK will keep your personal data confidential. Only authorised personnels will have access to and handle your personal data.

RRHK may transfer your personal data to third parties, including advisers, agents, contractors, sub-contractors, data processors, business partners, third-party service providers, and/or merchants engaged by RRHK in carrying out the Event.

If the servers of the RSVP system are located overseas, the personal data collected may be processed, stored, or transferred in countries or regions outside Hong Kong SAR. The system vendor will comply with local data privacy laws.

RRHK will disclose your personal data when required to do so by law. RRHK may also disclose your personal data in response to requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities.

Security​

RRHK will securely store your personal data according to prevailing information security requirements. Appropriate technical and organisational measures will be in place to protect the personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss, or use.

Retention

RRHK will retain your personal data for twenty-four (24) months and destroy your personal data on or before 26 November 2026.

Access to Personal Data
You may access and/or correct your personal data in the records of RRHK. You may contact RRHK at iris.yeung@robbreport.hk. As permitted by PDPO, RRHK may impose a fee for processing your data access request. Any person who registers on others’ behalf must obtain the prior consent of the concerned individual before using his or her personal data in this registration.
 

Parental Consent for Companion(s) Aged under 18
If your accompanying companion is aged under 18, you must consult his / her parents or legal guardian about the contents of this PICS and obtain their consent. Please make sure that the parents or legal guardian of the companion understand the matters set out in this PICS before giving any personal data of the companion to RRHK.
